Frequently Asked Questions

What should I prepare for my appointment?

To optimise your experience and facilitate the delivery of our services, please kindly consider the following space requirements at your location prior to making a booking for home visit treatments:

1) Treatment Area:
Ensure there is sufficient space to accommodate a mobile treatment plinth (213 x 82cm) with some space around it, allowing for a comfortable and safe environment during your session.

2) Exercise Demonstration Space:
In some cases, we may need to demonstrate specific exercises to enhance your recovery. Please ensure that there is enough room for us to guide you through these exercises effectively.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding the space requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you and make your experience as comfortable and beneficial as possible.

For massage clients, please make sure you have towels ready for use during the session.

What is the difference between Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage?

Sports massage combines massage and stretching to enhance performance and aid in recovery around training and sporting events.

Deep tissue massage targets general aches and fatigue with slow, deep strokes and firm pressure.

Both types offer benefits such as improved circulation and reduced muscle tension, with the choice depending on individual goals.

What is involved in a physiotherapy session?

Our Physiotherapy Home Visit includes a detailed consultation to
understand your condition and goals, followed by a thorough physical assessment. Tailored physiotherapy interventions are administered, complemented by a personalised exercise program.
A physiotherapy report is available upon request after the session.
This hollistic approach ensures effective and personalised care to meet your specific needs.

Pregnancy Massages

We can only offer this treatment to mothers from the 2nd trimester onwards (13 weeks onwards). If you are not sure whether you would be suitable for a massage during your pregnancy, please consult your doctor or get in touch to discuss further.

Payment methods

All appointments are charged upfront at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept payments through debit/credit cards on our booking website.

Other payment options such as bank transfer or cash payments are possible, please get in touch to discuss this prior to making your appointment.

Insurance Clients

At present, we do not accommodate clients with insurance coverage. However, as our services continue to grow and evolve, we may explore the possibility of extending coverage to include insurance clients in the future. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to providing high-quality services tailored to our clients' needs.
If you have any further inquiries or require assistance, please feel free to contact us.
